There’s even more to look forward to at Kinmore Green, with construction now underway on a new 4.8-hectare public open space in the heart of the community.

Set to open in early 2027, the new park will bring together plenty of space to play, exercise, kick a footy or simply enjoy some time outdoors with family and friends.

 

Something for the whole family

Whether it’s weekend sport, an afternoon at the playground or a picnic with the family, the new public open space has been designed with all ages in mind.

Once complete, residents will be able to enjoy:

  • A new playground
  • Multi-use community sports fields suitable for AFL, soccer and cricket
  • Double cricket practice nets
  • A multi-use court with basketball and netball hoops
  • Outdoor exercise equipment
  • Shaded seating and picnic tables

 

 

Bringing even more to life at Kinmore Green

Delivered by Parcel Property through a joint commitment with the City of Wanneroo, the new park will add to the established amenity already surrounding Kinmore Green in Darch.

With schools, shopping, parks and recreation facilities already close to home, the new public open space will give Kinmore Green residents even more opportunities to get outdoors, stay active and connect with their neighbours.

Construction is now underway, and we can’t wait to see this exciting new community space come to life in early 2027.
