Design Application

Please submit your Design Application to our team at approvals@parcelproperty.com.au

In your email please include:

• Customer name
• Lot details (including lot number and street address)
• Builder name and email address
• Site Plan
• Site Elevations
• Colour Scheme
• Floor Plans

A member of our team will endeavour to provide an approval within 5 working days.

If you need to make changes or withdraw your application or have any queries, please let us know.

Title, Survey & Access Updates

Please see below the title and survey update. Please note that not all of these stages are open to the public and some are still classed as construction sites.

Before visiting the site to conduct surveys, please call the relevant contact to ensure there are no issues with any specific lot.

Site Surveys & Classification Reports – These certificates are to be used as a guide only and the builder needs to carry out their own investigations based on their specific design and construction methodology requirements.
